1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and games developed and published by SeraGame Studio (referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "the Studio") on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to Gear Ball, Fit Frame, Domino Blocks, and Block Rotation Lock, together with any future titles that link to this policy (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Offline-First Design

Every SeraGame Studio title is designed to be played offline. Our Apps do not require account creation, sign-in, or an internet connection to play the core game. We do not operate backend game servers, we do not run multiplayer or leaderboard services that require your identity, and we do not collect gameplay data such as scores, progress, or session length on our own servers.

In short: if you disable your internet connection, our Apps will still let you play — the only feature that requires connectivity is the display of advertisements described below.

3. Data We Collect Directly

Because our Apps are offline-first and do not include accounts, chat, cloud saves, or analytics SDKs of our own, we do not directly collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) through gameplay. Any local data — such as your saved progress, unlocked levels, or in-app settings — is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted to us.

The only exception is if you voluntarily contact us directly, for example by emailing us through our Contact page. In that case, we only see the information you choose to include in that message (such as your email address and its content), and we use it solely to respond to you.

4. Advertising & Google AdMob

Our Apps are monetized through Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob allows us to keep our games free (or low-cost, one-time-purchase) without requiring subscriptions or your personal data for game functionality.

To serve ads, the Google AdMob SDK embedded in our Apps may automatically collect and process certain technical information from your device, independently of anything we collect ourselves. This may include:

  • Your device's advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID)
  • General device information (device model, operating system version, screen size, language, time zone)
  • IP address (used to estimate general, non-precise location such as country or region)
  • App interaction data related to ads, such as ad impressions, clicks, and viewability
  • Network connection type

This data collection and processing is carried out by Google, not directly by SeraGame Studio, and is governed by Google's own privacy and advertising policies rather than by us. We encourage you to review:

Depending on your region, ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier and app activity, or shown as non-personalized ads if you have not consented to personalized advertising (for example, under GDPR consent requirements in the EEA/UK, or when a Google-certified child-directed ad request is used — see Section 6).

5. Device Permissions

Our Apps request only the minimum device permissions required for core gameplay and for the AdMob SDK to function correctly, such as network access to load advertisements. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or storage beyond what is strictly necessary for the app to run, unless a specific game feature (clearly explained at the time of the request) requires it.

6. Children's Privacy

Some of our puzzle games may appeal to a general audience that includes children. Where an App is marked as directed to children, or where we become aware that our audience includes children under the age applicable in their jurisdiction (such as under COPPA in the United States or GDPR-K in the EU), we configure the Google AdMob SDK to request only non-personalized, child-appropriate ads and disable ad personalization signals for that traffic, consistent with Google's Families Policy requirements for AdMob.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us in violation of this policy (for example, through the Contact form), please reach out using the details in Section 12 so we can promptly delete it.

7. Data Sharing & Retention

We do not sell your data, and we do not share any data with third parties beyond the advertising functionality described above. The only third-party data processor involved in our Apps is Google (via the AdMob SDK). Because we do not operate our own servers to store gameplay or user data, we have no gameplay-related data of yours to retain — any data processed for advertising purposes is retained according to Google's own retention practices, not ours.

If you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry, or as required by applicable law.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You have several ways to control how advertising data is used on your device:

  • Opt out of personalized ads: On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google Settings → Ads on older versions) and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
  • Reset your advertising ID: The same settings menu allows you to reset your advertising identifier at any time.
  • Uninstall the App: Uninstalling any of our Apps removes all locally stored data (such as saved progress) from your device immediately.
  • Consent management: Where legally required, our Apps present a consent dialog (via Google's User Messaging Platform) that lets you choose your ad preferences before any personalized data processing occurs.

9. Security

Because our Apps do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, the primary data-security responsibility for advertising-related information rests with Google's infrastructure. For any direct correspondence with us (such as emails), we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect that information from unauthorized access.

10. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, and the right to object to certain processing. Since we do not directly collect personal data through gameplay, these rights are primarily exercised through Google's own consent and privacy tools referenced in Section 4, or by contacting Google directly regarding AdMob-related processing. For anything you have sent us directly (such as an email), you may contact us using Section 12 to exercise these rights.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, legal requirements, or advertising practices. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how a specific App handles data, please reach out through our Contact page or email us directly at support@seragame.com.
